Instructions and Bank Procedures For Issuance of Letters of Credit in our Favor

(X)(X) Issue and Irrevocable Commercial letter of Credit in our favor payable at sight to be advised by telex/swift/courier direct to our bankers named below and available for negotiation with them, or indicating "negotiable or available with confirming Bank."

(X) Letter of Credit must be confirmed by a major U.S. Bank (preferably in California).

(X) Validity of Letter of Credit must be at least 6 weeks from date of receipt.

(X) Partial shipments are permitted.

(X)(X) Our quotations are CIF Istanbul Airport, Turkey, basis and L/C may call for the following documents:
a) Commercial Invoice
a) Packing List
b) Airway bill consigned to issuing bank, marked "Freight Prepaid" notify applicant.
c) Insurance Certificate, covering air transportation risks, all risks & war risks for 110% CIF value.

(X) Credit must also state the following:
a) All banking charges including U.S. Bank charges are for buyer's account.

(X) Please attach a copy of this instruction sheet with your application to your bank requesting that they comply with the above conditions.

(X) Non compliance of these instructions may result in additional expenses for amendments and delays in the execution of your orders.
